• Check-In time : 12pm - 5pm. A $25 fee applies for check-ins on Sunday and 5-9 pm daily. No check-in after 9 pm any day

• Amount paid at booking is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.  A $50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Credit card fees are non refundable 
• No refunds for early departures
• Sites will be assigned at check in.
• We accept all credit cards, cash or Zelle.  Credit card fee applies when used as form of payment

• long term residents can rent a mailbox for just $10 a month.
